Interest on equipment lease

I lost my business in 2005 after 3 hurricanes ripped through Central Florida causing severe damage to my building (which I did not own) and loss of business. After my insurance company deceide that it was not the hurricanes that caused the damage, but lgihtning and assoreted other bogus ways to blow me off, I closed the business. I had an outstanding lease on some POS equipment. Early 2006 Lyons Financail started hounding me. I begged them to come and get back the equipment which was less than one year old. They would never come and get it. They were only interested in pursuing me for this ridiculous lease with inflated penalties, interest, you name it. I thought the issue was dead until last Friday when I was served to appear for a deposition. The amount I supposedly owe is now three times what I really owed them at the time I bankrupted my corporation.
I have lost everything, including my primary liveihood. I don't know what more they want, truth is there is nothing more to take.
However, I did notice that there were some judgements against Lyons Financial and USBancorp and I had, about a year ago, been sent a letter asking if I wanted to be part of a class action, since my equipment lease fell within the period in Florida when there were some fraudulent practices unearthed.

If there is a consumer advocate or attorney watching this company, I would be interested in being contacted. Please help me and maybe I can help you with my case.
