I bought a new Dell last November, and since then I have had several questions and one minor problem that required me to contact their technical support.
They were great every time! I never had to wait more than 5ive minutes to tak to some one, they answered my questions and fixed my problem right then and there.
One the repair I needed they were quick to indetify the problem, and rather than make me wait days or even hours form them to completely diagnoise the problem they replaced the motherboard and power supply to make sure that the problem was fixed quickly.
Even though I called them on Sunday my computer was fixed on Tuesday of the same week!
