Poor phone service - Ws model 65613

I reached someone on the phone whose English pronunciation was poor. While he was trying to be helpful it was almost impossible to understand.

The TV is not fixed and anyone with a suggestion is asked to write me at [email protected]

Mitsubishi WS 65613 SN 102734 TV is about 4 years old. I purchased the TV in Denver Colorado USA

My TV has gone into a mode where the green light has been flashing for almost 24 hours and I know of know way to correct this problem.

This has happened before but usually clears itself within a few minutes or at most a few hours.

I have unplugged the TV and let it sit for a few hours but when I plug in the TV the green light continues to flash.

I have used a paper clip to push the reset button but after a few minutes nothing has happened and the light continues to flash.

I have plugged the TV directly into the wall bypassing the surge protector but again the problem remains.
