We used Nationwide Relocators and Supreme Van Lines for our move from Richmond, Va to Omaha, Ne. They picked our furniture up on May 2nd and it is now May 21st and I have yet to receive my things. The carrier told me that our things would be here on May 17th. We received a call from Nationwide Relocators on May 16th at 5:00 pm stating our things would not be delivered on the 17th, but sometime the next week. It is now May 21st and they are telling me my things will be here sometime at the end of the week, but they still cannot give me a specific date or time.
I have had people from both companies hang up on me and they have each made promises they did not keep. When I asked to be compensated, the carrier said they would give me $25 a day. Can you believe that! Nationwide Relocators continues to make promises as well and can't live up to them.
These people are sick and disgusting and I consider them to be thieves. They take your money and you do not get your things. Please do not use them if you ever want to see your furniture and personal belongings again.
