Ripped off

I was ripped off to! They say you have 14 days to cancel. The very day I cancelled I was charged. Not one time during m, y conversation was I told
I would be charged and a shipment sent. Now I am being told shipped just happen to go out the same day and I am pretty much S.O. L!
