If you wish to sign up for cheap telephone service in kalamazoo michigan forget it! AT and T says I have to pay someone elses phone bill at my present address before I can get service. ATT is makeing Me responsible for someone elses phone bill. Iam not that person because we have the same last name does not make me responsible for this bill.
