I am trying to cancel my subscription but no contact information is availible please advise me? New york

I signed up for a couple of months for new york free lotto, but after about three months, I decided to cancel my membership, however it seems that there is no way to contact these people to cancel. Can you advise me as to what to do. They are still taking $9.99 a month out of my credit card. Thanks
