On December 3, I ordered advertised lens scratch remover, at a total cost of $37.80. My account was charged for that amount two days later. It was annoying enough to go through 20 minutes of attempted add-ons, but when the product never arrived I began calling and looking for some responsible party. I found that it was an exercise in futility as I kept reaching indian phone services for this company. Now, over six months later I still have not received my products. I will go the limit to 'downsize' this company. I STILL have not received my products as of this date, May 16
