Super Walmart Dept Stores
An item rang up wrong at the register as usual. I was careful to take notice of it. I requested the item for free as previouly done and they lied to me saying they don't do that anymore

I have always had problems with Walmart and their wrong prices at the register. I was advised by a manager that Walmart competes with Kroger's with their prices and their wrong price policies. You have to watch your items when they are rung up. Keep a mental note to the price of the items. It is a federal law that they must give you the item at the price advertised. Walmart has notoriously been negligent in making sure the prices remain the same at the register. Due to these errors, Walmart would give you the item for free if only requested, like Krogers policies. Recently I had requested an item for free when this error occurred but the manager insisted that they changed their policy which was not true.
I left very disatisfied and reported this to you and to Walmart Headquarters.
