Kmart advertised BUY ONE GET ONE at 50% OFF... Mix and Match on FISHER PRICE TOYS... This was good thru 9/22 *
So when I went to the Local Walmart in Kernersville tonight, with a copy of the sale so that the employees could see it for themselves, (although the Walmart sign at each register indicates you do not have to bring in anything-you tell the person at the register and it will be taken care of) WRONG... The lady told me that she did not know how to do this... But she would call someone. She called the person who are going around providing bags to all of the registers... Oops... She did not know either... (so far, 2 down)... So she then proceeded to call the CSM... Which is I assume Customer Service Manager Jodi. She came over to the register and explained to me that Walmart did NOT indeed match all ads prices... (that is NOT watch the sign says)... So I asked her to sign the copy of the ad that I had and she did. I left the merchandise and as I was leaving the store, she came running down to show me what indeed Walmart's procedures were... They do NOT match coupons... (mine was not a coupon-it was a SALE)...

And the funny thing was that I figured even BEFORE I went into the store that I would get the RUN AROUND... And no one would honor the price... It happened just as i predicted...
walmart should be made to take the false advertising down at the registers... This is only a gimmick... To make customers think they will match the price... NOPE, it did not happened...
