I also was a victim of these two individuals that committed a Hugh fraud on over 23 employees. I pesronally suffered $650 in overdraft fees due to Payroll checks that were that were drawn on thei corparate Bank account of Argus National Bancorp accounts with NSF funds. After over $6000.00 in NSF checks they issued I decided to quit and turn them in to the Scottsdale police, but the Scottsadle police declined to pursue the issue. The fraudlent checks were then forwarded to the Check Enforcement division of Maricopa County who said they would pursue the issue only to later refer the case back to the Scottsdale police department that refused to press charges.
These two individuals promised that they had funds coming in constantly to pay all the NSF fees and pay all back wages that now totlaled over $13,000.
But to date May not one cent was ever paifd and they have never been taken to court or charged. This is a great injustce and if anyone has any iades to bring them to justice please advise me immediately.
