My girlfriend was issued a payroll check by John Robert Powers Ventura and when she went to the issuing bank she was kindly notified that there was insufficient funds for the check. This is supposed to be a world famous Modeling academy and is located in the largest tower builing in Oxnard and cant pay a check. WHAT'S GOING ON? And guess what this isnt the first time this has happened. Checks have bounced before for employees and the instructors, clients have been charged double on checks. How can this happen? And why Is this person still in buisness?
