Offers credit that is fraud in the form of $37.00 enrollment fee

I was contacted by e-mail that I was "PRE-APPROVED" for a $10,000.00 limit on a credit card @ 5% interest rate.

I was given a limited time to respond, less than one week. When I tried to contact this company There is no responce even with a pre-approval number that was issued in the original offer. And the $37.00 activation fee is the Rip-off.
