Took money out of bank after i cancled the order and i got charged 2 times

I order the WU-yisoure as a sample they mailed billed me too. After i cancled it they charged me twice for it. With my debit card. Now the bank is looking into. I tried calling the 1-866-396-5711 number and they have no longer in service. I am so up set. Now i will have to get a new debit card. I was glad to find this on the net. I hope no one ever gets from this company.
