Youthfull Essence is not responding to my notes on my return boxes. Keep sending & being charged on credit card when I sent 2 packes back and explained why do not want, stop sending

I ordered a sample was billes, sent back I paid for the package. Asked for no more to be charged and to credit the full amount back on my card. This never happedned. Here is another month the same thing happens again I sent packagew back unopened so they will have to pay for shoippin and handling I asked forno more packages to be sent to me and a full 2 months redund.
