I tried to order a sony hdr-sr12 camcorder from these people on line this week. They had a slightly lower price than other known on line retailers and their ad clearly stated that the camera was "in stock" and came with a "12 month parts and 90 day labor" US warranty.
I got the usual email confirmation saying to "expedite" the order, I should call them. So I did. Then I got the high pressure salesman who tried to sell me every add-on in the book for way higher prices than I could get them many other places. I politely declined and asked that they simply send the camera. After multiple requests and additional pressure, he informed me that This Specific Camera in fact, only came with a 30 day parts warranty... Even though that was in direct contradiction to what they published in the description of the product. When I questioned this they were very rude. I told them to just cancel my order then, which they were happy to do. I do not believe they ever sell cameras for the prices they advertise if you do not buy the pricey add-ons. They tell you they are then backordered and never fill the orders. Do not do business with these criminals!
