I'm a new bride to be and found some good stuff on a website favorfrenzy.com. Yeah I'm not the first, I waited for a couple weeks nothing, contacted them said my order gor hung up in their system wanted to know what I ordered I replied, still nothing I again repled and asked about my order. The response I got that time is that they were waiting my reply for what I ordered and then it would be sent to me, I sent them another email again with what I ordered. I waited some more! I again emailed them, I got the standard response we will respond to you within 24 hours, needles to say 8 emails later I have heard nothing!!! I ordered in feburary is now April!!! Getting a little hot under the collar, I spent 130.85 on the site and it has been almost 8 weeks and I have nothing! Well we all learn once what not to do. Shakes your faith a little in internet ordering, What is their problem very poor service. Never Again! Now I have to start saving again for what I ordered and buy it somewhere else. I was hoping someone there had a soul and IM still holding out they will send me my merchandise. Better not hold my breathe!!!
