On February 22nd I purchased a # of items from Favor Frenzy, and my credit card was charged. Over 3 week later, having not received any items, I checked the order status online, and submitted an e-mail to customer service inquiring on my order.
Upon receiving a standard response that reads a follows:
"Thank you for contacting us, we are currently experiencing high email volume and we have a full staff working to respond to your inquiry at the soonest possible.
Although we will try to respond promptly, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

I never received a response way after 2 hours. I then used the only # available for contacting this company — the one that appears on the credit card to call - in March, I got a response indicating that there was an error in the address label that resulted in my order being returned.
To this date I have been leaving daily messages to no avail!!!
My wedding date is approaching and I have no ribbons, no flower basket, no ring pillow, no bridesmaid gifts!!!
I decided to check on the internet to see if this was a fraudulent company! I have learnt since then that I am not the only one who has suffered in this way.
I decided to file this report so that other vulnerable persons like myself would be aware that this company is not what it appears to be on its site.
Such as pity as they advertise nice products.
Brides beware!!! There are companies like favor frezy out there!!
