I will be brief since there are other reports already.
Progressive Business Publications is a fraudulent company that uses the ambiguity of interstate commerce to charge their customers $299 for about 20 pages of information that I could have gotten for free over the Internet in a format that my 4-yr son can replicate on Notepad.
My own personal credit card company even says never ever give credit card information (even a business card) if someone contacts you, even if it's the credit card company. If the business is legitimate, you would find it on RipOff's website and they will provide you a way to contact them back.
Another bit of advice, don't ever allow anyone to send you something to try out for free. It's more of a hassle to try to get rid of them when you've got a couple free items than it is to simply hang up on them when they get snippy.
