I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a gift for my niece on Friday. Weren't exactly what she wanted so returned Tuesday morning and asked to exchange for a more expensive pair but no go. This was my first (and last) visit, now out of pocket $140 for a pair of sunglasses nobody will wear. What is it with these places? Tried to speak with " Head Manager" but he didn't even have the decency to speak with me, instead leaving it up to the girl just to keep saying sorry. Not good enough and will tell everyone how pathetic the service is.
