This company has created a well crafted and deceptive "free trial" offer. Their customer service department uses an inflexible, pat answer tactict, with confusing start and cancelation dates which make it nearly impossible for the customer to try the product and make an informed decision within the trial offer period.
It is obvious that Ivory White has made this one time, "free trial" scam, the focus of their unreputable business.
