I purchased 4.889 gallons of gas

I purchased 4.889 gallons of gas at
the price of $15.15 and went the place of business and ask for a scratch card. I was told i had to purchase 5 gallons of gas for a scratch card. That was at c-mart, 346 jones st., in trenton, nc. Site id; 6909196.

I was very dispointeed and had been told that at any other bp station. I trade at bp's all the time. I was coming from the beach and needed gas before i got to raleigh, nc.
