Last year a salesmen came to our door to sell us a security system for free. The only thing that we had to do was pay the monitoring fee. After a month they started taking double payments out of our account. Then a month later it happened again. We did not authorize all of these payments. The only thing they said was "SORRY". We tried to talk to a manager but they gave us the run around. They did not even leave us with a copy of the contract that we signed. We called three times to get a copy mailed to us and after 5 months of dealing with this we finally recieved one. We are still trying to get out of our contract but they state that we will have to pay them $1700. On the contract it states that the system is $1200. We sent them a letter and did not hear anything from them.in Feburary 2008 our news stated that the salesmen from last summer where in a contest like that on "The Apprentince", and they are not in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. If you want you money safe and house safe do not get a system from first line. All you will get is headaches, months of bad customer service and waiting long hours on the the phone to get no where.
