On November 13, two mid 20-ish young men knocked on my door. After monopolizing an hour of my time (and that of friends and family who stopped by to pick me up) I finally relented and purchased a magazine from them - it was the only way it appeared I was ever going to get them gone. The "salesman's" name was Scott Biddle, according to the information given to me. The magazine I "purchased" was Circle and Track. My check (#1329) was cashed. The receipt says to allow 120 to 160 days for delivery. It has been approx 150 days that we've been waiting for a magazine that I didn't even want, simply ordered to get rid of the pushy sales kids.
It's obvious that, based on the length of time and other "usacomplaints.com", that there won't be a magazine delivered. It's hideous that companies get away with this kind of ripoff. It's sad that other valid and reputable companies will ultimately pay the price - I will NEVER support door-to-door solicitation of any kind again. I'm sure there are others like me.
