As anyone who currently works for or has previously worked for Scott Evans can tell you he is one horrible employer. You never know what mood he is going to be in from minute to minute. He cusses and belittles every one of his employees!!!
When an employee goes above and beyond. Works 12 hour days, gets cell phone calls at all hours of the day and night on his personal cell phone. This employee even went and unlocked Scott's personal vehicle on a Friday night at the movie theater. Even stepped up to the plate when the Service Manager walked out and left the service department in total disarray. Do you want to know what kind of thanks this type of dedication gets you? Well the Service Manger that walked out 6 moths earlier is hired back and you are demoted back to mechanic. Then when you put in for your well deserved vacation after almost two years of service with no vacation... You don't get paid.
Scott blames everyone, but him-self for the poor Customer Service Reports (CSI). When it is him who causes a lot of the problems. He has a history of not calling customer back when they what to talk with him. Then there are those customers that he has made infuriated previously, and no matter what customer service is given by the employees, that customer is still going to give a bad "CSI". Then when a bad CSI score comes in, the employees are the ones who pay. Literally, he takes away the money they have worked so hard for!!
