Providian Washington Mutual This is unacceptable business practice

Very unacceptable business practice... I just checked my annual credit report and there is this providian account with a few hundred dollars with several late payments and the account was closed out by this company and they made it to look like I was deliquent which I wasn't and I was never contacted if I was. Also very fustrating since I have maintained a high credit score for years and to have this happen and bring down my score is UNACCEPTABLE... And something needs to be done. Also, coincidentally, there is a texas address added to my name. I don't live in Texas... But they do... This needs to be reported to FTC...
