I am in a tax dilemna... But I was able to do an installment agreement with the IRS. Most of us get scared when we owe back taxes with the IRS. So we turn to these rip off attorneys. I am currently seeking a refund and I was told that are reviewing my case.
I too paid $525.00 over the phone with my debit card and made 4 monthly payments of $425.00. I told the law firm that since I settled my tax case with the IRS that they need to refund me for what I had to do myself. If I had known I could have taken care of this myself.
