I did not approve of anything, but they took my money

I had been getting calls from a number whose caller ID was O2C, and sometimes it would be "caller unknown." I was always missing them, and when i googled the number i found nothing. The calls kept coming and i kept missing them for about a week, then i was there to answer it one day. Some guy with a thick accent told me i had been chosen for a free vacation and digital camera. It sounded interesting, and i was bored, so i listened. When they asked for my information, i did not divulge anything. Then this guy went on to tell me what my full name was, where i lived, what my cellphone number was, where i banked and even the routing number of the bank! I was shocked, and i was like "where did you get this information?" He said anyone could get information like this...

When it came to the punch, he asked for my account number, an di told him no. He then had me listen to some recorded thing, and it came to the point where i had to give my account number and say yes, i said no. He came back onto the line, and sounded irritated that i did not say yes and give my account number.

He had me listen to the thing again, and this time he spoke over it so i couldnt hear what was being said... I immediately found this fishy. I said n thanks, and hung up. He called back, and this time it was a different guy who said he was the floor manager. He asked if i really wanted to give up the free gifts, and all i had to do was say yes to this voice recording. I listened to the recording again, but this time they cut off some part of it so it ws playing static, then a "... Do you agree?" I said no again. And the man came onto the phone sounding pissed. I told him i wasnt interested, and i hung up. I got close to 5 calls the rest of that day from them, but i ignored them all.

Then last week i got a package in the mail from this same company. It was telling me about a free trail... I was shocked coz i didnt authorize anything, and didnt give them my account details. I called the numbers on the flyers and told the customer care reps i spoke to that i didnt want this stuff, and that they should cancel me off their listing. They said it was done.
Then this afternoon i got the shock of my life. I checked my bank balance, and Apex had taken out $169.93! I dont know how that even happened. It was a check or something, but i never authorized any of this, and didnt say yes on any voice recording. I didnt even say yes to their "it's only $1.95"...

I called their customer care and said there was nothing they could do. I went to my bank and filed a complaint. I pray i get my money back, but to be on the safe side i want to change my account. How does this happen??? I guess the same way ID theft does...

I really really hope i get my money back coz i didnt ask for any of this.
