Scam consumer rip-off fraud

I recived a letter saying that I was approved for a 5,000.00 credit limit. There is no ligitimate phone, fax or web address. They want me to send them 50.00 for the card and membership package.

Ripoff, consumer preferred said the will send me a credit card a guaranteed card of 5000 dollars, and i wrote a check for 45 dollars and i never got the card

Is it a scam? They sent us a credit card offer with a $5000 limit They want $49 & no way to contact company. Despite the hundreds of consumer complaintss on this company we still don't know if it's a ripoff or not
