Feb i ordered boombox for my sirius radio. They shipped me used and dirty radio in brown box... Not original sirius box! I contacted them thru live chat (which by the way is no longer on) and received RMA# with promise of a full refund. I was told that ups would e-mail me shipping label. No charge to me. 4 days later i was still waiting for ups e-mail. Finally got fed up and paid my own way to return via ups. This was march 10th and i still havent heard from them. They dont answer phone, dont respond to e-mail and live chat is doa! I am out $70.56 and $8.36 return shipping charges.
