OneLink called my house as a telemarketer and asked to speak to the person authorized to make changes about the phone line. They asked if I was over 18yrs old. I said "yes". Then they asked if I could authorize phone plan changes. I said "NO". I told them that my mother was not home and they should call later. So as i was about to hang up the phone she asked my whole name for her records. So I told her my name. Then a month later we received a bill of over $300.00.
WE called Verizon and asked why they were changes with our phone plan' they said that someone had authorized Onelink to change our phone bill. When we called Onelink to asked why they change our phone plan without any authorization, they said they had a recording of me agreeing to the terms and giving them authorization to change out phone plan. I never said "Yes" or agreed to anything, plus the phone plan is not even in my name but my mom's.
Tomorrow They are supposed to call and play that recording, which does not exist because I never agreed to anything!!
