1. I reported Nick falk to the NC State bar in Raleigh. They will be taking the case.
2. When he found out he yelled and screamed at my wife for about 30 minutes. That certainly is unprofessional and I was able to hear virtually every word he said from across the room. He should be taking my place at Anger management. He has the temper, not me,
3. He argued with me constantly while "defending" me causing confusion. He seemed to not know what he was doing or didn't care about my best interests.
4. At the Probable Cause hearing he pleaded "No Contest" to "Assault causing serious injury", a Misdemeanor, for me. I wanted to go to trial since I am innocent of any charge. He didn't want it to go any further.
5. He said don't worry about it. She will answer to a higher power when she dies. What an answer!
6. He said he'd get me an expungement of the charge. He never asked for it.
7. He never explained anything to me after the proceedings were over. He was too wrapped up in other things. He seemed not to care.
8. He abandoned me after the proceedings. He never got the medical bills that I had requested to satisfy my probation. He fmally did come up with the name of her lawyer after I called the Bar. The secretary called him. I still do not have them.
9. I have no idea how they came up with a felony charge of Assault with a deadly weapon if the dog was loose and my son and I were trying to get him. She had lunged for the dog causing the dog to bite her.
10. Ms. Lopez's son called the DA to tell him I was such a bad person. We have never met and he should have never been a part of this unless he has power of attorney.
11. Who is Elaine Van Hoose? I have never seen her or met her even though I have been advised to stay away from her. That doesn't make sense.
12. I now know what Ms. Lopez and Ms. Van Hoose's motives were. A few months before this incident, Ms. Lopez almost hit me with her van. We gave each other long stares not saying a word. She must had told VanHoose about it. When she stopped her van, she told Lopez I was the guy who stared at her setting this whole incident in motion. That shows this woman's vindictiveness.
13. I am very curious if Nick Falk has ever won a case. I am innocent and should have gone to trial. When a person is innocent a judge or jury should decide after hearing both sides of the case. I was gearing up for a libel suit against Ms. Lopez. I can't now.

15. We got another dog, a Golden Retriever, and we are afraid ofMs Lopez and Ms. Van Hoose trying to kill it or maybe even us. I have filed "No Contact" orders against both of them just in case. I was warned by a woman who moved out of state about the neighbors down the street.
16. Apparently when Nick Falk was presenting my case in his chambers.in the Judges' chambers were Nick Falk (my attorney), Earl Farling (The DA), Judge Covelo, Estelle Lopez (The Plaintiff), Ms. Lopez's son, the police and others. My son (who was closer to Ms. Lopez and a witness) and I were excluded. They all came in the court room at the same time. This is illegal as the judge could not have made an unbiased decision. Also Nick Falk did not fight hard enough for me. It was like having no representation.
17. This should have been a civil matter not a criminal case. I have lived in a lot neighborhoods and I have never knew a neighbor to file a criminal charge because she was bitten by a neighborhood dog. I have ample insurance and can refuse to pay if the dog was provoked but won't. The insurance company has logged it as an accident from the onset.
