On 8/31/08, I order a free trial of their cleansing product and thought I was only supposed to be charged 4.95 instead i just noticed that I was charged 44.95 and have been trying to call them and no answer but an automated machine that states they are busy with other customers. I tried to email their support email to [email protected] and there is no such email.
I have yet to receive the product but it will be returned. I did leave a message and told them that if they do not refund me my money in whole I will file a suit against them for false advertisement and they better not take anymore money out of my account as it is an unauthorized debit.
