About two months ago I traded my 2006 honda civic lx sedan in for a acura tsx 05 at Motor Car concepts. And they were supposed to pay off the existing 25k I had owed to Suncoast Schools FCU for the trade-off. It's been two months now and they have refused to pay it. They said they sent a check and no check has been recieved by Suncoast Schools FCU. So When I confronted them about it they told me they would call the bank to get this cleared up. Suncoast did not have anty record of them calling or anything they just kept givign my the run around, surprisingly I havent had any trouble with the car since I've got it. Since they are known for selling lemons I jsut found that out through this website. Now Suncoast Schools FCu has reported me to the Credit Bureau and that has put me in bad standing,
This is unbelievable I cant believe their still in business. They need to be shut down They ripped off so many people over the years. And their professionalism is terrible. I think I know their scheme they hire people then they fire them after they make a sale. These people are masterminds but I will get my justice in time. I strongly recommend all consumers not to deal with this company or any affiliates at all. They are rip offs that want your money.
