I ordered some concert tickets for me and my friends. Unfortunately, I only had enough money in my account to cover two of the four tickets, so I specifically asked the girl on the phone, "Would it be any trouble if I was to put two of these on a debit card, then give you a separate credit card for the other two tickets?" She said no, and then proceeded to take the information from one card followed by the information from my second card.
When I got a statement from my bank saying my account was non-sufficient and that I had outstanding overdraft fees, I was quite surprised. I called Ticketmaster and was transferred several times until, I'm guessing, the rudest person they had available got on the line. In not such nice terms, that person told me to eat the charges, and that if I did not like it, I should dispute the charges on my card because they were going to get their money regardless. All I wanted them to do was refund the NSF fees I incurred due to the stupidity of one of their representatives.
To make a long story short, they never resolved my situation and I am still fighting with them. Buy tickets elsewhere. As if all their extra fees were not enough, they have to do this as well.
