This company started charging my credit card account ($9.95 twice) in December without my authorization. I did not receive any merchandise from them at that time. I notified my credit card company at once and disputed the charges. About five weeks later, Zooba sent a letter requesting a new credit card number becasue the other one was closed. Of course I didn't send them anything. Last week I recieved a package which looks like the contents would be a book. I'm going to refuse the package without opening it and "Return to Sender."
I've never had anything like this happen before. But this was one of four companies charging my account starting in the same month. The other three are DealMax, TodaysEscapes and YourSavingsCLub.
