On 5/29 I checked my account to find 2 charges of $29.95 from these to companys (Dealmax and Todaysescape).in looking furter into my account I noticed that on 5/19 there was 3 deductions of $1.00 (dealmax, todaysescapes and yoursavingsclub).
I contacted Dealmax at 1-800-548-0685 and spoke to Estella agent no. 150028 and she wanted personal info about myself (I only released my name) she was not able to find me in her system and agreed to remove the charges. I then asked about the other charges and she said they were not with her company and she could do nothing.
I then contacted my bank and filed a froudlent charge with them, My bank (bank of america) refunded my money and blocked anyfurther actions from any of the companys and closed that card (a hassle for me brought on by a comapny that I never authorized or spoke to prior to today).
I then contacted the better buisness bureau and filed a complaint against the parent company (vertrue inc) this company is listed by BBB as Unsatisfactory
