Today I was approached by two males driving a silver Ford Windstar (an older model). The passenger male yelled at me out the window wanting me to purchase a home theatre system which was over stocked. He said they was trying to just get rid of them (he had 4 of these systems) before they went back to the "office". I declined... At first. He persisted for a few moments until I went and looked at the system (s). Again... I declined. He showed me a magazine which displayed all the products they sell and the costs associated with each system. These men were very convincing. After about an hour I bought a system for $600 which, at the time, I believed was worth $3999.99. I'm not a dumb person, I've been around and I have done a lot; however, these guys got me. They system sucks. I compared it to the existing home theater system I bought at Future Shop (for less than I paid for this system) and it just down right sucks. I couldn't even sell this on E-bay or Craigs list because I would feel like I was pulling a fraudulent act. This is terrible. I am not filing this in hopes to get my money back; I am filing this to save innocent people like myself who work an HONEST living. If the guys who sold me this system read this... NO, I DON"T WANT TO GO FOR A BEER WITH YOU IF YOU EVER COME BACK TO CHILLIWACK BC!
