Completely bogus

I ordered the free trial. Not only have I not received the product, but I was charged way more than shipping and handling. Now I find that unless I cancel in 14 days they will charge me every month. Catch is that they never answer their phone to allow you to cancel. I am sending a letter to the address, that is probably fake too, but I'll try. Do not use this company
