On Feb. 27 entere store and spoke to David Rivera and told him I needed a battery for 2005 Buick He looked it up on the computer and stated the cost to be $97.03 and it would be installed in 30 minutes. After seeing the mechanic taking parts off for 30 minutes I went to David again and he said, that I needed a different battery and the cost would be $123.68. I had no choice and when he was finished I paid and stated that I wanted to see the manager, he told me he was the manager and he should have charged me more for labor.
This is the case where I was quoted a price, and my car battery was removed and told I needed a different battery and I was at his mercy. It was not my fault, Rivera was the one who looked it up on the computer and quoted me a price
