Took 149.00 out of my checking account and i dont have that kind of money they took money now my bill our late and i have alot of disconnections

I dont know what to do. I got my bank statement and seen where this money was taken out of my account. I am the only person in my household working right now and i take care of my handicapp brother who lives with me and my husband and we need lights, water and food to maintain our household if you can get my money back i would be so ever thankful. Thes people never called me and asked my permission to took these funds out of my checking account. Please help me
