The device I was looking at was for people with disabilities. Jack Cameron, the "contracts coordinator", told me his best friend had the same disability "hadn't seen him for 20 yrs".
He also told me they had been looking for the past month & couldn't find any designs like mine. Telling me to send between $700-$800 (exact price on promotional material was $795 - no way he didn't know that price). He also told me, after my asking a couple of times, that I would later be asked to pay between $2,500 and $15,000. And then they would take 20% of the profit. He claimed they had lawyers and engineers to protect me and help me with the process.
After reading a book on patents, that same weekend I got on google/patents & found an near identical product in 1 search. Perhaps different enough, but Jack would NOT have known of the differences. He only had the very vague description I put on their initial contact form, which fit the other design perfectly.
I typed in the exact same thing the titled the form they sent to me in a simple search engine!!! If they are so experienced and knowledgable, how did I do in 1 click what they couldn't do in 4 weeks!?
Sick twisted liars.
