Players Vacation Club, EClubUSA, My Computer Club, PVC Corp. Unauthorized Withdrawal from business account twice in a 2 week period

Players Vacation Club made 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my business account using numbered checks with my account number and bank on them. This was done without my knowledge and is fraud. The company is a scam, so it appears.

PVC corp. Players Vacation club, e ClubUSA, My Computer Club and more are all listed at the same physical address in San Diego. There are various phone numbers 877-326-5877 / 877-532-2800 / 619-578-5953 etc. There also appears to be a contact with some company in the EU.

I filed a Reg. E report at the bank this morning.
