Ramada Plaza Resorts
Need a refund

I got scammed from the Ramada Plaza Resorts. I called them and their pushy sales agents got me and asked for my credit card before I had time to think. They took $399 off my credit card for a deposit. I called an hour later asking for a refund and they rudely said no. I tried calling several times talking to different people and they won't do it.
Please help!!!
