I purchased several dvd's through Amazon. A bit later I was looking at my checking account register and found that in addition to the charge for the material ordered that there was a an additional withdrawal for $9.99 as a monthly charge for the privilage to purchase items at a discount. I went to the complaint web site and found that there had been additional reports of the same company charging for a monthly service that people were not informed of nor did they want to sign up for that service.
This type if e-commerce behavior is unacceptable.
Thank you for the steps that can be taken to stop this from occurring again and how to ask for a refund.
