Did not reimburse me for time loss while fired from Union Pacific Railroad for 4 months

I paid 7 years into a job insurance that was supposed to pay in case I was suspended, or fired from a railroad job.instead of helping me, they determined I deliberately broke the rules and would not pay as they had promised. Even the charging officer of the railroad involved in the investigation said it was not deliberate. I am now without the monetary support I was counting on.
