Bait and switch-was led to believe i was applying for a railroad jo

I tried to apply for a railroad construction job on. When I tried to fill in my name and job information and I clicked on apply it switched me to a web site for University of Arizona-Phoenix. I couldn't return to the web page for the railway job. Apparently, this is some kind of scam generated by mandarinemployment.com.
