They took my money and did not send boots. All the Email addresses are fake!

I bought these boots on -line early Jan and they have not turned up! All the 'customer service' addresses are fake, they have been returned to me by postmaster! I have no idea who these people are, or where they work, all I know is that the money has been taken from my credit card by 'uggsdirect'! Can someone please enlighten me!? They are also still online ready to rip off more people, and i'm wondering why nothing has been done!
