Please be warned not to do business with this "company." Read their feedback. The merchandise is more often than not other than what is advertised. There is little to no respond to email or phone. They do not even adhere to their own advertised policies regarding their auctions. They pretty much mail you things of compromised quality and keep your money. Don't help them get any richer. I don't know why eBay hasn't shut them down. Maybe now that the State of Pennsylvania is making moves to regulate sellers like him with auction licensing, there will be some type of repercussion for these types of "business" practices. This seller is the type who compromises the integrity of the eBay experience.

I wish I had googled this company before doing business with them because there is plenty of fair warning out there, if I would have just looked. I purchased what purported to be a Miami Ink tatooed Motorola V3 razor phone in December. I understood it was "gently used" because they are almost impossible to come by in new condition. I also paid their absurd shipping fees because I really wanted this phone.

When it arrived, it had a few dings and scratches, but it worked. The problem is I paid for a tatooed phone and the backplate which is were most of the artwork is had been replaced with a blank one. I immediately (Friday night) emailed them that they had not sold me what was advertised and I wasn't happy about it. When I didn't hear back in email, I called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon. I never heard back until I requested a replacement, as there was a similar phone for sale on eBay. Their response was to inform me that all I would get was another plain backplate because that was all they had. I then indicated that I wanted a full refund, under their terms in the listing, since I had let them know there was a problem within hours of receiving the item.

When I hadn't received a response to emails, I began calling and leaving increasingly irritated messages. I finally informed the seller that they were flirting with fraud for advertising and shipping something other than what was actually being sold. I finally got a response after I filed a fraud report with eBay. THAT got their attention.

I got an RMA for return of the phone. The shipping fee to return it was 1/4 of what I paid to get it, and I waited for confirmation that it was received. I did get confirmation and was told that my refund would take 48 hours to process. It took more than 48 hours, but I did get refund of my bid and shipping.

So, I'm out the return shipping along with all the aggravation. To make matters worse, I posted neutral feedback, indicating that there was a problem but that I got my refund. He posted negative feedback for me, stating that he gave "easy refund so why the negative." Easy, EASY??? There was nothing whatsoever about this refund that was easy. It took about a month from start to finish. It took more emails than I can count and several phone calls. It took the time to file a Fraud Complaint with ebay. It took a trip to the post office and the expense of return shipping. Maybe they can't spell or need a dictionary to look the word up, because this was nothing close to easy. And they actually had the nerve to ask me to agree to mutually withdraw my feedback. I have two negatives in 5 or so years; they has hundreds just from the holiday season and over 1000 in the last 12 months. I think anyone who sees my negatives won't be put off by it; I hope everyone who sees theirs is put off and that people stop getting caught in their web of deception.
