Left my cases hanging, 1. Car accident and sued my former employer and left it at that Hartford

After a car accident back in he filed the case and never followed through, My former employer employer had breached the contract (I have proof), he notified them of our plan to sue and I was forced to resign, and I have been waiting for all these yeras for answers. He changed offices, had no way of contacting him.
